Now we need your help to get it ready for distribution! Join us as we package rice at Monument Crisis Center, helping provide simple, nourishing food to local families who need it. Ages 16+, No experience needed.
Next shift is Tuesday August 26, 9:30 - 11:30am. We are in need of 6 baggers (sit and scoop) and 2 team leaders (help with adding rice to the bins and moving heavy crates). Bagging takes place at MCC, 1900 Market Street, Concord.

2025 Fall Study Small Groups
September 7 - November 2Join a Fall Study Group! As we kickoff the Fall program year, we invite you to consider joining one of our study groups to go deeper with the Sermon on the Mount. Connected to the sermons on Sunday mornings from the pastors, groups will be reading the book The Good and Beautiful Life: Putting on the Character of Christ by James Bryan Smith. There are weekly readings along with “soul trainings” as spiritual formation practices linked to each week’s lessons. Join us on this 9-week journey starting the week of September 7 for study, group discussion, and community building. Questions? Contact Pastor Chris Baldwin for more information. Study Glimpse:
Following the Sermon on the Mount, The Good and Beautiful Life: Putting on the Character of Christ guides us to look behind living a life of anger, lust, lying, worry, and judging and replacing them with Jesus’ narratives about living life in the kingdom of God. Join us for a season of study and reflection by reading these daily devotions in a small group or read it on your own.
