Sponsoring the chancel floral arrangement for a Sunday worship is a beautiful way to celebrate an occasion or honor your loved ones. Your personal dedication will be published in the worship bulletin on the Sunday of your sponsorship. There is a $150 suggested donation to our Flower Fund to sponsor an arrangement.

Again this Easter, LOPC will continue its well-loved tradition of adorning the sanctuary with white azaleas. You can sign up on the plaza after worship on March 15, 22, and 29 or you can print and mail or drop this form to the Ministry Center office. All mailed requests must be received by March 30. A list of azalea dedications will be published in the Easter bulletins. Those who have donated azaleas may take their plant(s) home with them after the 11:00 a.m. Easter service or they can be picked up from the Sanctuary narthex April 6 – 8. Use one form per dedication.
