For over 30 years, the Extended Family Program (EFP) has been helping families move from homelessness into stable homes by furnishing their apartments with essential items. EFP works with partners like Shelter Inc., Winter Nights, the Veterans Administration, and Church World Services to connect people in need with housing. Run by dedicated volunteers from Walnut Creek United Methodist Church and Lafayette Christian Church, this program truly makes a difference in our community.

LOPC has proudly supported EFP since 2023 and is excited to once again collect bedding and towels to help families settle into their new homes.

• Sheets (Twin/Full ONLY) New or in very good condition with no stains or repairs.
• Blankets (Twin/Full ONLY) New or in very good condition with no stains or repairs.
• Towel Sets or Singles (Bath, Hand & Washcloth + Kitchen). No Beach towels please.

Even unmatched items are appreciated.

LOPC will be collecting these items on 9/15-10/4, and you can drop off your contributions at the Ministry Center Reception.
